We are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations and drive long-term strategic planning. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial modeling.

The CFO will oversee all aspects of finance, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, investments, risk management, compliance, and reporting. This individual will also be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing all aspects of the company's financial operations
  • Leading the development and implementation of financial strategies
  • Providing accurate and timely financial reporting to senior leadership and the board of directors
  • Managing cash flow, capital structure, and financing strategies to support business operations and expansion
  • Overseeing financial audits, tax filings, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Assessing financial risks and opportunities, and providing guidance on cost reduction and profitability improvement
  • Developing KPIs and performance metrics to monitor financial health and support data-driven decision-making

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and 8–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably including time as a CFO or VP of Finance. Additionally, this individual will have excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills, as well as experience working with executive teams and boards.
