Lead Data Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across our business. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity to shape strategy, optimize performance, and make a meaningful impact.

About the Role
  • This role will be at the heart of our decision-making, using data to uncover opportunities, influence strategy, and solve problems across all areas of the business.
  • You'll be a trusted partner to our founders and senior leaders, helping them make confident, data-backed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and maintain reporting across key business functions (Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales, Product, Logistics, Finance, etc.).
  • Gather and analyse reporting requirements to support strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
  • Support financial budgeting and forecasting models.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, including scripts, queries, and ETL flows to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Design and implement scalable data architecture and processes for collection, cleansing, storage, and transformation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in corporate, consulting, or startup environments (bonus if you've worked in e-commerce).
  • Critical and strategic thinking skills, able to cut through complexity, synthesise large datasets, and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Google BigQuery, AWS, or Azure.
