Financial Operations Leader

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Leader to oversee our finance department. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes and the ability to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, including financial analysts, accountants, and clerical staff.
  • Financial Planning: Oversee the preparation of financial reports and statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to management, shareholders, and regulatory authorities.
  • Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to set financial targets and allocations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience in a leadership role within a finance team.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
