Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to oversee the organization's financial operations and reporting functions. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in preparing and analyzing financial statements, conducting variance analysis, and identifying key drivers and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide accurate and timely reporting of financial results.
  • Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial performance assessments to identify key drivers, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial reporting activities, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with accounting team members and departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure adherence to accounting standards and policies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in a leadership role within a finance team.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
