Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description:

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in the financial function, responsible for preparing timely financial reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

This position supports the Financial Controller in the end-to-end finance function for the ANZ region, providing financial insights and collaborating cross-functionally to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include preparing financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as monitoring financial performance and identifying improvement opportunities.

Additionally, this role involves maintaining accurate general ledger and financial data, assisting with audits, and ensuring tax compliance and filings.

Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience, and proficiency in SAGE, NetSuite, MYOB, and global banking platforms.

Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes, commercial analysis, and experience in Australian taxation and payroll are also essential.

Advanced Excel skills and solid command of MS Office are required, along with effective communication and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and commitment to information security and confidentiality.
