Key Roles and Responsibilities

The primary objective of this position is to serve as a finance liaison between business units and the finance department, ensuring seamless collaboration and provision of actionable financial insights.


Core Accountabilities

  • Deliver in-depth financial analysis and present findings in an easily digestible format to facilitate informed decision-making processes.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial performance, identifying key trends, areas of improvement, and critical metrics that impact overall success.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, variance analyses, and ad-hoc financial data to stakeholders.

Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required.
  • Professional certification (CPA) preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills essential for building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders alike.
