Senior Financial Planning Specialist Role

Are you a seasoned financial expert seeking to leverage your skills in strategic decision-making and process innovation? Do you have experience in FP&A, with a strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Senior Financial Planning Specialist.

This role will challenge you to lead critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation. You will be responsible for driving strategic decision-making and operational excellence, while also promoting a digital-first approach to automate and streamline recurring FP&A processes.

  • Lead financial reporting and analysis across critical business areas.
  • Manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

As a key partner to Finance leaders, you will influence strategic decision-making, drive financial performance, and champion digital innovation within our finance organization. This is a 100% work-from-home setup, supporting U.S. Central Time hours.

Responsibilities and Key Activities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation.
  • Partnering closely with Finance leadership to shape and support financial strategies.
  • Championing a digital mindset within the Finance team, encouraging experimentation with emerging tools and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
