As a trusted advisor to C-level executives and business owners, you will move beyond products to provide comprehensive strategies that address complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with business owners, founders, and key executives, becoming their go-to expert on critical financial decisions.
  • Design and execute complex strategies for succession planning, corporate governance, key person insurance, and employee retirement benefits that align with clients' organizational goals.
  • Act as a thought leader, leveraging expertise to manage complex accounts and deliver strategic insights and exceptional service.
  • Develop your client portfolio with strategic autonomy and the backing of our global network, training, and digital tools.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in financial advisory, wealth management, business consulting, or related fields with a focus on corporate or high-net-worth clients.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage senior executives and business owners.
  • Deep expertise in finance, investments, retirement planning, and market analysis; ability to dissect a business's financial structure and identify opportunities for growth and protection.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, with ambition to build and manage a sophisticated book of business.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Certifications such as CWP or CFA are highly regarded.
