Key Responsibilities

The role of Learning Experience Leader involves designing and expanding training and development programs aligned with product-specific training methodologies and initiatives. This includes creating end-user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum, training, and exams for general preparatory courses.

Main Tasks
  • Establish high standards through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.
  • Develop technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs.
  • Deliver effective training projects and motivate trainees.
  • Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization.
  • Audit and revise programs to adapt to changes in the work environment.
  • Maintain relevant training documents and materials as a content expert.
  • Design and implement effective induction programs.
  • Monitor and review trainees' progress through questionnaires and discussions with their managers.
  • Ensure statutory training requirements are met and contribute to e-learning development where relevant.
  • Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field (training or teaching).
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
  • Problem solver and critical thinker; ability to present and facilitate class discussions.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative with the ability to motivate and engage an audience.
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility in work schedule.
