Training and Development Opportunities

As a Learning Experience Leader, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining a positive and professional learning environment within the organization.

You will design and expand training and development programs aligned with product-specific training methodologies and initiatives. This includes setting standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.

  • Develop and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum, training, and exams for general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement.
  • Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements as identified by enterprise needs.

Additionally, you will accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training methods. You will continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization, ensuring they are adaptable to changes in the work environment.

As the content expert, you will maintain training documents and materials for conducted trainings. You will also develop and create effective induction programs, monitor and review trainees' progress through questionnaires and discussions with their managers.

Other responsibilities include ensuring statutory training requirements are met, understanding e-learning techniques, and contributing to the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages. You will also research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning, ensuring all trainees adhere to the company's Code of Conduct.

Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in a related field (training or teaching)
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
  • A problem solver and critical thinker
  • Ability to present and facilitate class discussions
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative, able to motivate and engage an audience
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and longer hours
