Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the design and development of learning materials. This exciting opportunity is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer administrative tasks to support the Learning and Assessment Designers, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project delivery.

  • Create mapping matrices, maintain accurate records and filing systems, and format learning content according to company style guides.
  • Mange ad-hoc updates, upload learning content in Moodle Learning Management system (LMS), and prepare templates across the Microsoft suite of applications.
  • Input assessment data into relevant software, execute various administrative tasks as required, and deliver high-quality results within set deadlines.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe, and Canva.
  • Excellent attention to detail, basic data entry experience, and familiarity with document control and file naming conventions.
  • A patient and helpful attitude, strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and work well under pressure.
  • Effective time management skills, ability to follow detailed processes, and professional communication style.
  • Eagerness to learn new systems and work collaboratively within a team.
