PAYMENT COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST (US ACCOUNTS)

Full-Time | Onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively follow up with US clients on overdue payments via phone, email and Zoom
  • Handle payments conversations in a polite, professional and persuasive manner
  • Assists clients with account updates, billing concerns and service inquiries
  • Support retention efforts by maintaining positive relationships with clients
  • Keep accurate account records in CRM and billing tools
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and ensure client

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 year experience in customer service, telemarketing or collections (international accounts preferred)
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent
  • Confidence in following up multiple times without sounding pushy
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate payment arrangements professionally
  • Tech savvy, quick to learn new tools and systems
  • Bonus : Experience in billing, invoicing or account receivable follow ups

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Salary: Up to 35,000/month (based on experience and qualifications)
  • Attendance Bonus: Monthly reward for perfect attendance
  • Quarterly Performance Bonus: for consistently exceeding targets
  • Training provided on tools, systems and US client communications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
