Real Estate Financial Management Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Real Estate Financial Management Professional to manage financial records, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for real estate properties.
  • Utilize Appfolio software for financial management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
  • Analyze and prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper recording of transactions.
  • Monitor and report on the financial performance of real estate assets.
  • Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with property managers and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and support.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate accounting.
  • Proficiency in Appfolio software and other accounting tools.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and real estate finance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
