Real Estate Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Accounts Payable Specialist to oversee accounts payable operations specific to real estate management. This role involves managing expenses related to property management, processing vendor payments, and ensuring accurate records of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing accounts payable operations
  • Entering purchase orders and invoices
  • Matching purchase orders with invoices
  • Preparing payments for approval
  • Updating vendor information
  • Following up on vendor service orders and contracts
  • Special projects related to property management
Requirements
  • Experience in AppFolio or similar accounting software
  • Previous experience in accounts payable, preferably in real estate or property management
  • Familiarity with real estate accounting practices, including property-level financial reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple properties' accounts payable simultaneously
