Job OverviewAre you a strategic thinker with exceptional client relationship skills? We are seeking an experienced professional to manage complete client lifecycle management from onboarding through renewal and expansion, driving client retention and growth for a leading company.
This role requires owning client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with client teams to ensure achievement of desired outcomes, leveraging provided data, success frameworks, and retention targets to drive results. You will partner with senior leadership and integrated revenue teams to align on strategy and progression.
The ideal candidate has excellent spoken and written English, 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles, a proven track record of managing client relationships and driving renewals, strong problem-solving and consultative communication skills, and the ability to present to business owners and senior stakeholders.
