Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Account Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for existing clients, you will play a pivotal role in client success and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clients Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for existing clients, handle requests, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Scheduling Coordination: Coordinate scheduling by relaying service requests and confirming details with clients.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and format proposals for turnover and renovation services, securing approvals from leadership.
  • Project Tracking: Track project status and provide timely, accurate updates to clients.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of POs, invoices, and scheduling in platforms like BuilderTrend.
  • Workflows Documentation: Document workflows (daily, monthly, annual) to support onboarding and standardization.
  • Recurring Tasks: Complete recurring tasks such as weekly emails consistently and on schedule.

  • Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and confident in both client and team interactions.
  • Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple projects while keeping details accurate and up to date.
  • Reliability and Accountability: Consistently follows through, meets deadlines, and takes ownership of responsibilities.
  • Adaptability Under Pressure: Stays calm, prioritizes effectively, and adjusts quickly to feedback.
  • Tech Savviness: Comfortable learning and using platforms such as BuilderTrend, WhatsApp, and Excel.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Builds and maintains positive relationships with clients.
  • Experience: General work experience required; background in account management or sales is a plus.
