Account Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Account Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading direct video interactions with international clients, coaching and developing a high-performing team of virtual assistants, shaping the future of our proprietary software through hands-on testing, and building lasting partnerships with clients across global markets.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading modern outsourcing platform that connects SMBs to high-quality remote workers. As an Account Lead, you will have the chance to develop your skills in client success management, virtual assistant success development, and success coordination & problem resolution.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant for international clients, excellent English communication skills, and a success-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engaging video calls with international clients to understand their evolving needs
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns before they escalate
  • Coach and mentor a team of 5-8 virtual assistants to achieve exceptional performance
  • Coordinate professional development plans that advance VA careers while meeting client needs
