Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints regarding products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to handle customer needs and deliver timely, professional service.
  • Identify areas for continuous process improvement and strive to maximize customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Three years of customer service experience, including email, phone, or chat support.
  • Previous experience supporting SaaS products and knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as strong phone contact handling skills.
  • The ability to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications.
  • An intermediate understanding of common customer experience best practices and customer orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience with Intercom CRM.
  • The ability to communicate complex ideas to customers both verbally and in written form.
