Customer Support Professional

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Customer Support Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and accurate support to e-commerce clients using our profit optimization platform.

You will troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and offer solutions or escalate when necessary. You will also become a product expert, able to answer questions quickly and accurately.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, Slack, and chat
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and offering solutions or escalating when needed
  • Managing 20-30 open customer conversations at a time
  • Ensuring all tickets are resolved in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams on escalated or complex issues
  • Spotting trends in support issues and sharing insights with product, tech, and ops

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer support, merchant support, or a related field
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or analytics
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for helping people and thinking on your feet
