We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer experiences and committed to growing with our company.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and/or social media, as well as supporting customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns.
Responsibilities- Address Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Assist Customers: Support customers with their queries and concerns.
- Quality-Based Responses: Provide thoughtful and high-quality responses that reflect our service standards.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
