
Client Retention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Client Retention Specialist. This position is ideal for an individual who has experience in leading direct video interactions with international clients, coaching and developing teams, and shaping software through hands-on testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging video calls with international clients to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- Guide new clients and team members through smooth onboarding experiences to foster strong relationships.
- Provide support to clients in a solutions-first approach, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
- Build lasting partnerships with clients across global markets through proactive communication and relationship-building.

Requirements:
This role requires someone with 1-2 years of leadership experience in a BPO/customer service environment, 1-2 years of client-facing account management experience, proven track record in team development and coaching, strong English communication skills (written and verbal), experience in performance management and metrics tracking, and background in virtual team management.
