Financial Operations Manager

About the Role:

The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for collaborating with team members globally to execute revenue assurance projects and consolidate global policies. This role involves analyzing contracts, billing records, and reporting information to identify areas of revenue-expense leakage or overbillings.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires strong analytical skills and experience in finance, general accounting, or related fields. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of working experience in the related field and be able to work remotely on a night shift schedule.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review and assess operational processes to find applicable billing control weaknesses
  • Liaise with primes regarding correction of key deficiencies
  • Provide exceptional service assistance to business unit requests for research investigations and analysis
  • Lead periodic complex contracts to bill audits by reading terms and comparing them to billing records
  • Proactively find new sources for revenue realization and billing opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) or equivalent in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or related field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Preferably 1-4 years of experience in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
  • Amenable to work remotely on a night shift schedule
