Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to spearhead our accounts receivable and payable processes. As an Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process with strategic oversight.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance. They should also have proficiency in enterprise-level accounting software such as QuickBooks Enterprise, Xero, or SAP.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage high-value financial statements and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee collections, credit approvals, and vendor payment processes.
  • Develop cash flow projections and optimize financial reporting.
  • Lead automation and efficiency improvements for the financial team.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to refine financial policies.
  • Conduct audits and risk assessments related to financial operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable, auditing, or financial reconciliation.
  • Expert-level knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in enterprise-level accounting software (QuickBooks Enterprise, Xero, or SAP).
  • Excellent English communication skills: reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience handling high-volume transactions.
