Technical Business Process Manager - Finance

As a Technical Business Process Manager, you will collaborate with the Enterprise Applications team to guide continuous improvement efforts and integrate new AI initiatives.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and implement process enhancements, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and growth.

  • Develop and implement business process improvements, focusing on technology-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of processes.
  • Assist in the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of SaaS technologies to support financial operations.
  • Provide documentation to stakeholders on changes, systems, and processes related to financial technology.
  • Project manage change initiatives to achieve optimal results.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to financial systems and implement systemic changes to prevent recurrence.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience administering and/or implementing SaaS technologies, particularly Sage Intacct and/or Workday.
  • Significant financial technical consulting experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of core financial processes.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with out-of-the-box thinking to leverage flexible systems and processes.
