Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Junior Finance Business Partner, where you will play a vital support role within our finance team.

As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, maintaining precise payment records, and providing critical financial insights to support business unit collaboration.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Process invoices for payment requests promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure all invoices are approved in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
  • Reconcile payments made by executives against company records.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate payment records.

Administrative Functions

  • Support the maintenance of financial and administrative records.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining effective financial controls and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Business Unit Collaboration

  • Act as the primary finance contact for designated business units.
  • Provide critical financial insights and support to business unit managers.
  • Ensure alignment between business unit objectives and financial targets.
