Remote Talent Acquisitions Specialist

This position involves collaborating closely with a candidate pool and clients to facilitate high-quality placements, striking a balance between relationship management and process execution.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and assess top candidates from the existing talent pool, aligning their skills with client requirements and maintaining backup options.
- Coordinate multiple interviews during assigned shifts; these are the final evaluations before endorsement to training or client introduction.
- Manage requests for coordination between candidates and Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams.
- Develop detailed evaluation reports to support clients in making informed hiring decisions and uphold Magic's quality standards.
- Work towards achieving monthly goals by ensuring recommendations meet client expectations and quality benchmarks.
- Excellent English communication skills for effective client interactions.
- Strong attention to detail.
