Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in identifying top candidates and streamlining recruitment processes. This individual will be responsible for screening resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews, as well as managing candidate communication and email correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
  • Keep recruitment records updated in HubSpot and Google Sheets
  • Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs
  • Contribute to SOPs, training resources, and team communication in Slack

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience (required)
  • 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
