Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment operations, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of recruiting operations, including sourcing, pre-screening candidates, and onboarding hires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the TA Manager to manage recruiting operations and provide updates on candidate status.
  • Source and pre-screen candidates, and conduct interviews to determine their suitability for the role.
  • Onboard new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights into recruitment trends and patterns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with HR software packages, such as Oracle.
