We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented talent acquisition specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews to ensure a high-quality talent pool for client placements.

Responsibilities
  • Source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms to identify top talent for our clients.
  • Screen resumes/CVs for qualifications and alignment with job requirements, utilizing industry knowledge and expertise to make informed decisions.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, providing valuable insights to hiring managers and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS/CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to align recruitment strategies, leveraging market intelligence and competitor analysis to drive successful outcomes.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process, fostering positive relationships and ensuring a high level of candidate satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting or sourcing in the US is required, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing, with a strong understanding of the US job market and hiring practices.
  • Strong knowledge of the US job market, hiring practices, and compliance basics, including EEO laws and regulations.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies effectively.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar tools, leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
