What You'll Do

This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to grow in the field of recruitment. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records in Preacta's applicant tracking system (ATS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters
  • Ensure candidates receive timely updates and a positive experience throughout the process
  • Support the recruitment team in drafting job descriptions and posting roles across platforms
  • Assist in reporting, metrics tracking, and other administrative recruitment tasks
Requirements
  • 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, or coordination
  • Basic knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques
  • Attention to detail and accuracy to maintain candidate records
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
