Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled professional to provide high-level customer service and support. This individual will be responsible for handling incoming calls, voicemails, and emails in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to priority calls with an average of 50-60 per day.
  • Process voicemails in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with Managers to address requests requiring special attention.
  • Familiarize yourself with Community Care Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to them.
  • Return all phone calls as per company policy.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a BPO/call center setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to be assertive and eloquent.
  • Familiarity with working remotely is a plus.
  • A dedicated workstation at home is essential.
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
  • Comfortable using technology and navigating various software systems.
  • Experience in Property Management is advantageous but not required.
