Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced bilingual customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt, clear, and helpful responses to customer inquiries via inbound calls, live chat, and email
  • Deliver outstanding support in French and English through voice and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency
  • Build strong relationships by personalizing each interaction
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high-quality service
  • Share customer feedback and insights to help improve processes
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of remote/online experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Experience with bilingual customer support is an advantage
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Calm and solution-focused under pressure
  • Familiarity with E-Commerce and CRM systems is a plus
