Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking skilled and knowledgeable customer service experts to join our team as Customer Experience Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate, concise information in a professional and personable manner via Live Chat, email, and phone calls.
  • Respond to customer queries while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range.
  • Document each customer interaction while upholding the highest levels of integrity, service, and professionalism with every customer correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and approach.
  • A professional and personable demeanor.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience communicating with customers over Email, Webchat, and Phones.
  • Knowledge of Gorgias & Shopify platforms would be an advantage.
