Customer Support Specialist

A successful Customer Support Expert is sought after by a dynamic company. The ideal candidate will deliver prompt, high-quality responses to customer inquiries, demonstrating exceptional research skills and the ability to adapt to various requests.
The role involves understanding each customer's unique needs, including business size, background, prior interactions, and goals, to offer personalized and insightful support.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to inbound and support-related inquiries in real time
- Open and monitor Jira tickets, escalating internally as needed
- Provide guidance on conversion rate optimization best practices with support from CRO experts
- Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading
- 4+ years of experience in customer support (preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or tech)
- 3+ years of hands-on Shopify experience
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing systems
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization best practices
- Team player in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proactive, customer-first mindset with curiosity to understand the customer's business
- Ability to problem-solve and provide thoughtful and accurate responses
This is a full-time, work-from-home position with 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
