Sales Development Representative

At Solid Lyndelle Manpower Services Inc., we are seeking a seasoned Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through a consultative and efficient sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve set targets and objectives
  • Research and identify potential leads or customers through various sources
  • Initiate contact with potential customers and set up appointments and meetings
  • Gather market and client information

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in business-to-business (B2B) sales setup, enterprise sales, or IT sales
  • Experience with long-cycle sales and consultative selling approach
  • Leads generation, outbound calling, and appointment setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales methodologies
