Senior Administrator

The successful candidate will provide top-tier assistance to senior leaders, scheduling meetings, responding to emails and drafting reports with ease. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential qualities for this position.

  • Calendar Management: Ensure seamless coordination across time zones, anticipating conflicts and proposing suitable alternatives.
  • Meeting Coordination: Effectively gatekeep and prioritise meeting requests based on strategic value and urgency.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, polish and format documents, presentations and reports using advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan end-to-end travel itineraries for the team, including flights, accommodations and ground transportation.

Requirements:

  • Mid-senior level experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Expert calendar management, minute-taking and action-item follow-through.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High ownership, judgment and follow-through, with the ability to anticipate needs several steps ahead.
