We are seeking a skilled Career Advancement Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying top candidates and streamlining recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities- Screen resumes and cover letters via Hireflix
- Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
- Keep recruitment records updated in HubSpot and Google Sheets
- Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience required
- Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
- A laptop or desktop with at least an i5 processor (or Mac equivalent)
- A reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download/upload speed
- A quiet, dedicated workspace
