As a highly skilled Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary goal will be to provide prompt and professional assistance to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat. Your strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers will be essential in building trust and resolving issues efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
- Accurately documentcustomer interactions and transactions across all tools/platforms.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- WFH capable – Dual monitor, at least i5 processor, at least Windows 10, at least 50 mbps internet connection, USB-headset, camera.
