The role of a Business Development Representative is to convert highly engaged leads into enthusiastic customers.

This is a full-time, fully remote position that requires the ability to build rapport with prospects and identify how programs align with their goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Converting warm, pre-qualified leads into enrolled students for premium courses.
• Building strong relationships with prospects and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Tracking metrics and iterating fast to exceed conversion benchmarks.
• Maintaining clean and detailed records in our CRM system.
• Communicating customer insights to marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent, professional English communication skills.
• Strong grasp of CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and retain product knowledge quickly.
• Confidence, curiosity, and excellent listening skills.
• A history of high performance in quota-carrying roles is a strong plus.
