Human Resources Specialist Job Summary

Are you a highly skilled professional looking to take your career to the next level in the field of human resources? We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist II to join our team.

This is an individual contributor role working with 2-3 other team members in the TalentCentral Help Desk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer service, running and producing various reports, and possessing strong technical and analytic skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate customer service following defined and documented processes.
  • Run and produce various reports, including ad hoc reports for COE and HR Regional Operations.
  • Organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess strong technical and analytic skills and exhibit creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Work and collaborate with SME/COE to resolve complex queries and requests.
Requirements:
  • Accredited 4-year degree/Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experience.
  • Experience in Shared Services environment.
  • Advanced computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS-Office Application such as Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in SuccessFactors Cloud System preferred.
