Job Title: Customer Support Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat.

  • This role requires the ability to identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives in a timely and efficient manner.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively handle complaints and resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
  • Opportunities to upsell products will arise, and we encourage you to seize them to drive sales growth.
  • Your primary goal will be to build sustainable relationships with our customers by going the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction.
  • To succeed in this role, you must stay current with industry changes/trends to provide best-in-class service.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Consistent attention to detail and quality.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Strong time management skills with the majority of your time focused on inbound calls.
  • Flexibility with scheduling is preferred, as we will have an occasional need to cover evening and/or weekend shifts.
