Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide accurate answers for customers to resolve their issues
Requirements:
- A completed high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A reliable home internet connection of 25 MBPS
- Residency in Pampanga
