Business Development Representative Job Description

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to become a liaison between marketing and sales teams, fostering collaboration to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities by working with marketing-qualified leads, social networks, and industry events.
  • Conceive and execute strategic campaigns to identify and pursue new sale opportunities.
  • Evaluate and qualify leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and expand business opportunities within assigned accounts by offering company product/service solutions.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through proactive cold calling and email outreach.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in software sales, preferably with expertise in selling SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in various sales techniques, including effective cold calling methods.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and understanding key performance metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Audiometry and clinical management processes.
  • Industry experience in MedTech.
Desirable Traits:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, integrity, and exceptional service.
