Business Development Representative Job Description
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to become a liaison between marketing and sales teams, fostering collaboration to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities by working with marketing-qualified leads, social networks, and industry events.
- Conceive and execute strategic campaigns to identify and pursue new sale opportunities.
- Evaluate and qualify leads from marketing campaigns.
- Identify and expand business opportunities within assigned accounts by offering company product/service solutions.
- Pursue new business opportunities through proactive cold calling and email outreach.
- Experience in software sales, preferably with expertise in selling SaaS products.
- Demonstrated proficiency in various sales techniques, including effective cold calling methods.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and understanding key performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Knowledge of Audiometry and clinical management processes.
- Industry experience in MedTech.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, integrity, and exceptional service.
- Results-driven mindset for exceeding sales targets and achieving success.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones for customer meetings and product demonstrations.
