Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our revenue generation team. As a Sales Growth Ambassador, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales efforts and supporting the growth of our business.

About the Position

You will work directly with our client-facing team, owning complete outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers and managing everything from prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers.

Key Performance Indicators

Achieving 15+ qualified appointments per month, working with prospects who have genuine buying authority and budget. You will be part of an integrated sales team with direct access to senior leadership and clear progression opportunities within the organisation.

Requirements
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
  • 2+ years experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles
  • Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders
  • Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills
  • Fast and reliable internet connection; own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; quiet working environment; good quality microphone or headset.
