
Sales Growth Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Sales Development Representative to generate qualified sales appointments for the CEO and Sales Manager to close.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-driven, and highly familiar with outbound outreach best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Outbound Prospecting: Utilize cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, Instagram DMs, and other relevant platforms to reach potential clients
- Lead Sourcing: Identify and build prospect lists using internal tools and independent research based on our ideal customer profile
- CRM Management: Log all activities and manage prospect pipeline in Pipedrive, maintaining data accuracy and up-to-date information
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the CEO and Sales Manager to align on messaging, targeting, and performance goals
- Pipeline Growth: Consistently deliver a high volume of qualified appointments for the sales team
- Positive responses generated
- Sales meetings booked per week
- Meeting quality (fit and engagement)
- CRM hygiene and responsiveness
- 4+ years of experience in sales outreach, appointment setting, as an SDR role
- Must have working knowledge with business acumen and sales methodology
- C2-level English (spoken and written)
