Job Description:

This role involves working as a key member of our team to drive growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in sales support, lead generation, or marketing.

The primary responsibilities include managing an organized lead database, researching and qualifying potential clients, engaging and nurturing leads through various channels, scheduling appointments between potential clients and the CEO, and improving and updating the company website to enhance lead conversion.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the CEO's LinkedIn presence, developing high-quality marketing content, creating compelling client proposals, maintaining and executing a structured marketing calendar, tracking and managing the sales pipeline, generating weekly and monthly reports on sales and marketing performance, and maintaining CRM records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

We are looking for a self-starter with a proactive, results-driven mindset who can create and refine clear, engaging marketing content. Key qualifications include exceptional organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in sales support, lead generation, or marketing, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Benefits:

This is a remote contract position offering a monthly contract of $1,000 and potential for long-term growth within the company. At least six work hours per day must overlap with the Mountain Time Zone.
