Customer Service Representative

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients via various communication channels.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Log and classify all interactions for reporting purposes.
  • Compile accurate reports and submit them within the required deadlines.
  • Filter and escalate complex issues to assigned partners as needed.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding resolution progress and provide updates when necessary.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles or contact centers.
  • Subject matter expertise in customer service operations is an advantage.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in proprietary software systems, such as Sim PRO or other ticketing systems, is a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills are required.
