We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify and address customer concerns.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve processes.
Requirements:
- College degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, communications, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
