Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (Gaming)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.

Requirements:

  • College degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, communications, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
