This is a sales role where you will be the first point of contact for individuals and businesses interested in our franchise opportunity. You will work with our team to identify potential partners, engage with them, and book appointments for our Franchise Sales Managers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Identification: Identify and engage with inbound franchise inquiries from around the world.
- Appointment Setting: Book video or in-person meetings for Franchise Sales Managers to present our franchise opportunity to qualified leads.
- Rapport Building: Build relationships with prospective franchise partners by understanding their entrepreneurial goals and motivations.
- Pipeline Management: Manage lead information, conversations, and appointments within our system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our global team to optimise the recruitment process and create a standout prospect experience.
- Compensation: Earn an hourly rate of AUD $25–30 per hour as a casual employee.
- Training: Receive comprehensive sales training provided by our international leadership team.
