Key Outreach Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Key Outreach Specialist to support the launch of our platform dedicated to empowering families and students with celiac disease.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Identify and connect with key university contacts, including campus dietitians, nutritionists, dining services directors, student wellness coordinators, and disability services staff.
  • Research and prioritize outreach opportunities based on university rankings and strategic importance.
  • Conduct professional phone calls, send personalized email outreach, and follow up consistently on initial outreach attempts.
  • Cordinate video interviews with confirmed contacts using Calendly, handle objections, and redirect conversations to appropriate contacts.
  • Provide interview questions in advance, reschedule interviews as needed, and maintain calendar accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Professional phone presence and confidence in cold calling.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with university staff and represent our organization professionally.
  • Strong email writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Google Sheets.
  • Comfortable with video conferencing platforms and basic internet research skills.
